2L : Superior quality extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) from the Noto Valley, Sicily.

Harvested at the perfect peak of ripeness, Moresca and Biancolilla olives give rise to a symphony of incomparable flavors, bursting with aromas, vitamins and antioxidant properties. This extra-virgin olive oil is much more than a pledge of quality: it's a declaration of love to the arid yet gentle land that shapes it.

Ingredients: 100% unblended extra virgin olive oil

Origin: Noto Valley, Sicily, Italy

Olive Varieties: Biancolilla and Moresca

Colour: Green with yellow hues

Aroma: Medium-intensity green olive fruitiness with notes of artichoke, fresh almond and Mediterranean herbs

Taste: Balanced and herbaceous, gently sweet at first with a pleasant bitterness and a soft peppery finish

Harvest Method: Hand picked olives

Extraction Method: Continuous cycle cold extraction within 24 hours of harvest

Food Pairings: Grilled fish and seafood, roasted meats, bruschetta and fresh bread, tomato salads, grilled vegetables, legumes, pasta, soups, and fresh cheeses

Storage: Store away from heat and direct light. Best before March 2028

Produced by Ruta Oleificio, a family-owned olive mill established in Castelluccio di Noto in 1953, renowned for safeguarding Sicily’s indigenous olive cultivars and artisanal savoir-faire.
