Refund policy

At Val di Noto, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your olive oil purchase, we are happy to help.

Returns

  • Due to the nature of our products (olive oil), we do not accept returns, except in cases where the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may ask for photos of the damaged product to facilitate the return process.

Refunds

  • If your order qualifies for a return due to damage or error, we will issue a refund or replace the product at no additional cost to you. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

Exchanges

  • We only offer exchanges in cases of damage or incorrect items. If you wish to exchange an item, please reach out to us directly and we will assist you.

How to Request a Return or Refund

  • Please email us at ciao@valdinoto.ca with your order number, the issue you're experiencing, and any supporting images (if applicable).
  • We will respond within 48 hours with the next steps.
