The 2024 harvest season is currently underway in The Noto Valley in Sicily! Our team is hard at work overseeing the harvest, as well as managing import logistics to ensure everything arrives fresh and on time. We are excited to announce that deliveries in Canada will resume as of November 1st.
Our mission is to share Sicily's oleiculture heritage with the world by offering authentic, unfiltered extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality direct to the consumer via our e-commerce platform. We are committed to meeting demand through a sustainable pre-order business model, while offering the option of a subscription to receive fresh oil every two months delivered directly to your home.

Our Story
Gabrielle and Tancredi are two epicureans for whom wholesome food (notably, pasta!) brings happiness and joy.
Respectively a creative strategist and a musician, they founded Val di Noto in 2024 after partnering up with a group of artisanal oleiculture farmers in Sicily's Noto Valley, where Tancredi's family lives and operates a masseria didattica (educational farm).
Val di Noto extra-virgin olive oil is not only a guarantee of quality with a 100% authentic certified product from the Sicilian geographical area (I.G.P), but first and foremost a love story with its arid yet gentle terroir.

Straight from our masseria to your table
Unlike most EVOO you’ll find on the market, our oil is never filtered or blended with other cheaper oils or from previous harvests. It’s packaged and shipped directly from our masseria to the Port of Montreal with no intermediates. Talk about freshness delivered to your door!
